These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the jon33 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing jon33, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

| "Wagering Requirement" | The total amount a Player must wager before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process jon33 conducts in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. |
| "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah, the sole supported transaction currency on the Platform. |
2.1 To open an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
2.2 jon33 primarily serves players resident in Indonesia. By registering, Indonesian residents confirm that they are 21 years of age or older and take sole personal responsibility for determining whether their participation is consistent with applicable local laws and regulations.
3.1 Each Player may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening multiple Accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or payment methods by the same individual — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jon33 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. jon33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include:
3.5 Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal restrictions and may result in Account suspension.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. jon33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. jon33 does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or international wire transfers.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit for standard-tier accounts; higher limits apply to VIP-tier members as communicated individually.
4.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.4 Processing Times. jon33 targets the following indicative processing times for withdrawals, subject to KYC clearance and system availability:
4.5 Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited. jon33 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and to charge reasonable administrative costs where applicable.
4.6 All funds deposited with jon33 are intended exclusively for the purpose of gambling on the Platform. jon33 is not a bank and does not pay interest on Wallet Balances. Players are advised not to maintain large uninvested balances on the Platform.
5.1 jon33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific promotional terms published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.
5.2 Welcome Bonus. New Players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for the jon33 Welcome Bonus, subject to the wagering requirement of 8× the bonus amount. The maximum withdrawable amount derived from the Welcome Bonus is capped at Rp 5.000.000 unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms.
5.3 Wagering Contributions. Not all game types contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:
5.4 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, shared IP address, device, payment method, and email address. Systematic exploitation of promotional offers — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or artificial wagering patterns — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and recovery of any resulting winnings.
5.5 jon33 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
6.1 All games available on the jon33 Platform are supplied by independently certified third-party studios, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules published by its respective provider. jon33 does not modify game logic, RTP, or outcome algorithms.
6.2 Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Player. In the case of sportsbook bets, settlement is based on official results published by the relevant sporting body. In the event of score corrections or result reversals by an official body after initial settlement, jon33 reserves the right to re-settle affected wagers accordingly.
6.3 jon33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including but not limited to bets placed on incorrect odds caused by a manifest error or technical fault — and to refund the relevant stake to the Player's Wallet Balance.
6.4 Mix Parlay. Mix parlay (accumulator bets combining multiple selections) bets are available on the sportsbook and are governed by the standard accumulator rules published in the sportsbook help section. All legs of a mix parlay must be settled as winners for the bet to return a winning payout.
6.5 jon33 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or over defined time periods, particularly for high-stakes players. Applicable limits will be communicated through the Platform interface or by the Player's account manager.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Any Player found engaging in such conduct may have their Account suspended immediately and any winnings forfeited:
8.1 All content on the jon33 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jon33 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
8.3 Any unauthorised use of jon33 intellectual property may result in immediate Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property laws.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jon33, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
9.2 jon33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jon33's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9.4 Platform Availability. jon33 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. Jon33 will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and provide advance notice where practicable.
10.1 Termination by You. You may close your jon33 Account at any time by submitting a closure request to our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours during standard operating hours (WIB). Prior to closure, any remaining Wallet Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be disbursed to your verified payment method.
10.2 Termination by jon33. jon33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account with or without prior notice if:
10.3 Upon termination for cause, jon33 reserves the right to withhold any Wallet Balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds were obtained through fraudulent or prohibited means, those funds will be forfeited. Funds determined to have been legitimately deposited will be returned to the verified payment method of record, less any applicable administrative charges.
10.4 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for any reason, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 of these Terms shall survive termination and continue to bind both parties.
11.1 jon33 is operated by a company incorporated and licensed under the laws of an internationally recognised offshore gaming jurisdiction. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
11.2 You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your country or territory of residence, including Indonesia.
11.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and jon33, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. jon33 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the governing jurisdiction identified in Clause 11.1.
11.4 Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms must be filed within one (1) year of the date on which the cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
12.1 jon33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jon33 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform.
12.2 Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.1.
12.3 The version of these Terms in effect at the time a wager is placed shall govern the rights and obligations of the parties with respect to that wager, unless a subsequent amendment is expressly stated to apply retroactively.
